Letters of Declaration have superseded the previous AQIS IOA program and approval process for meat export establishments. Please see below Letters of Declaration for chemicals used by Eco Safe Pest Control at all Registered Meat Export Establishments.

All Letters Of Declaration are open ended and do not expire unless changes are made to the product label. Eco Safe Pest Control cannot issue a Letters Of Declaration to any NON Registered Meat Export establishment.

What a pest control letter of declaration is

A pest control letter of declaration is a signed statement from a licensed technician confirming that a property has been inspected or treated, what was done, which products were used and when. Property managers, landlords, conveyancers, food safety auditors and body corporate managers all ask for them, and we issue them as a matter of course.

When you are likely to need one

End of lease and rental turnovers – confirming a flea or general treatment was carried out after a tenancy with pets.
Property sales and settlement – documenting a termite inspection or treatment.
Food safety and quality audits – evidencing an ongoing pest management programme.
Body corporate and strata records – keeping common property compliance up to date.

How to get one

Ask the technician on the day, or call 1300 852 339 and we will re-issue a letter for work already completed. If a document below does not open, call us and we will email it straight through.
